ok, can you pls help me. my mom is human being a complete and TOTAL bitchh.
and i dont know what to do.
she is never like this.
she is simply being an asshole.

Often mom's hold problems they dont want to talk to their kids nearly. They worry it might upset the child or sort them feel they enjoy to "help" or "fix" it and they dont feel it's the kid's responsibility to enjoy to deal near it. Even so, it can upset mom, and worry her, and she might be "bitchy" until she can sort it out.
My suggestion is to do the best you can to do the things that are expected of you, similar to keeping your room clean or purely keeping out of trouble. Try to administer her some alone time, but let her know you assistance and want to help if you can.
It's a frozen situation to give counsel to. I really dont know your mom or how she reacts to stress or how she would act in response to you reaching out to her. Do your best and know it will probably blow over soon.
Stay out of her way until she draw from out of her mood.

First of all, it would relief to know in what means of access your mom was self such a *****. Right now I wouldn't say aloud anything to your mom because it night escalate things, which you don't want to transpire. Plus no one can serve you if we don't know what happened or took place prior to your mom coming past its sell-by date this way. I will state however, when a parent is overly tired or stressed they habitually take it out on their child.
