its fundamentally because of something that happened to her within the past...if she smokes abundantly she's probably not getting enough of sleep any...talk to her in the region of events that happened to her as kid ,surrounded by her teens etc...the good things the unpromising things and wheb she starts opening up she'll update you any thing unpleasant that happen to her before.next you try to explain to her rationally that its subdivision of life and other relations in lower monetary status go through even more difficulties and it could be ven worse than wats she's feelng...chao
