Panic,Worrried and faint-hearted?

I am a student, doing research things are going fairly capably and there are no huge problems contained by my life. The point is that of late i consistency a lump in throat ( the doctor looked here is nothing in attendance ) and feel approaching my hearth rate is increasing ( as if i aware of every pump my fireplace is doing - there is no torment or anything ), these feeling are not at hand all daytime.
Just wanted to know is it stress/worry or anything else. Does anyone know of a bearing i can cope, holidays aren't really an option.
Thanks:Panic,Worrried and faint-hearted?
If you are approaching me the current semester is just end and it is a very stressful time. Try a moment ago going for a long walk respectively morning in a nice setting rather. That can not only go and get your mind off things, but it releases endorphins(brain chemicals) that relieve your mind.
Also, bring time out each time for a cup of coffee, juice, or anything in a nice setting and greet or chat beside a nice stranger or classmate.
You could also try joining a study group even if you don't need to study beside them, it is good for you to freshly have classmates to commiserate near.
stress..anxiety attacks...you need to slow down and thieve time for you...these two things can cause chief health problems for you.hot tub is good..so are long walk.
