Life support?

does anyone feel near should be a time limit on how long a character can stay on life support I.E. week, month, year, ten years...Life support?
I imagine there should. If nearby is no hope, then why put them on. If within seems to be some hope, I articulate a month to see if they get better or worse. If no progress next maybe it's time for the ancestral to let budge of hopeful wishes.
it depends on the situation...if the doctor feels at hand is no brain activity...i would utter week the very most
Agreed. If the brain is fried why dawdle. If it's me, disconnect ...
No, I think that is to say up to the patient (if they made their wishes agreed to family) or up to the family themselves if the wishes werent set to them.
Anything can happen. And prescription is NOT an exact science. I dont believe it should ever be up to the doctors, or other medical professionals. Family only.
By the style, there own been cases where on earth a patient have been on natural life support for an incredibly long time and they have come to again on their own. Rare, I acknowledge... but it does happen.

Everyone should enjoy a living will specifying their request for life support or not.
After a self-inflicted gun shot to the chest, my husband be removed from life-support after 11 days. Long enough for us to see if he would "come around"...long plenty to know for sure he was brain motionless.I think we wait long enough...and I meditate it's ridiculous to let ANYONE loiter on life support more than that...tolerate them go and be near God
