Need more info ??

I went and be assessed by a mental health profession and be found to be suffering from anxiety attacks and depression! After the assessment was finished she told me that she be going to appoint me with somebody to chat to at the clinic. I dont know why this is happening to me, so I be just wondering if anybodys gone through this in the past that can shed some light on the question this person will be asking and such only so i dont feel soo humiliated ! Thxs in finance!Need more info ??

give somebody a lift a deep breath, try to relax and answer the question as honestly as you can
You need counseling. That's what will backing you figure out why this is going on to you.
You do NOT NEED anyone to sit here and tell you "what this party will be asking". This isn't a quiz. You don't prepare your answers.
You simply discuss your feelings explicitly and honestly so you can learn how to agreement with your anxieties and depression. Part of dealing next to yoru anxiety and depression is that you have to facade your fears and talk to a professional who can oblige you.
