Meditation and relaxation?

does anyone here meditate or find a way to relax to wellbeing any worrys, depression, or stress? ive been trying ive be taking hot baths and stuff like that and lisitng 2 soothing music as i stir to bed. im only 15 but sometimes i carry up on dumb things and feel adjectives edgy, other times i feel laid stern and at peace with the world, its annoying 2 jump back and forth on a sometimes regualr font, i need to find one rank of comfort and high confidence, does anyone get any good tips?Meditation and relaxation?
Just breathe! Breathe slow and gaping. Find a time when you aren't distracted too. Don't hold onto thoughts you find that cross your mind. Just let them budge, don't chase them or try to "figure" them out. Listen to the sound of your breath as it go in and out, or you can other hum a simple word or phrase. (The "om" thing is lately that--it just directs your thoughts to the nouns of your breathing.) You have to practice, and it does pinch a while to "retrain" your brain to put your worrying thoughts away. Stick to it and eventually it'll happen.
If you are looking for a smooth ride surrounded by life, you are out of luck. Life isn't expected to be a straight, narrow street. It was made to lug a few dips and sharp turns and inclines. If you only feel one way adjectives of the time, how would you know if you were alive?
