Kava Tea?

Has anyone used Kava tea before to relieve anxiety? What be your experience with it? Thanks!Kava Tea?
I haven't used this but pay attention if you have liver issues. This is in actual fact banned within Britain and has be found to cause liver breakdown in bloody cases. Good Luck!
I have used Kava for it's sedative effects, but it seemed to create me sad (I enjoy Depression). I have hear other people articulate they had righteous experiences, however.
