Attachment develops in the untimely years of life when a mother responds to her baby’s cries by get-together its needs, appropriately feed, consoling, soothing, and comforting, as well as keeping the infant not dangerous from abuse and damage.
Fundamental to RAD kids is that they haven’t bonded and are unable to trust. They enjoy learned that the adults surrounded by their lives are untrustworthy. Trust hasn’t worked for them. Without trust, there cannot be love, and minus love they are emotionally underdeveloped. Instead of love, fierceness has developed inside them.
In the first few years of life, at a time even since they have widely read to speak, they have studious that the world is a scary place, and that they cannot rely on anyone else to go and get them through it.
It can be treated, but is difficult, and requires an ENORMOUS amount of patients from the caregivers, rules, boundaries, and consequences, and a very skillful treatment troop.
