When I go to sleep at darkness or even in class i start to twitch. Is at hand a way to stop that.Is nearby a agency for me to stop twitching when I sleep?

what bit of you is twitching? if its your legs, i think there's a medication for that.

sometimes when I'm sleeping, I'll JERK super speedy. It's really weird. Sometimes my eyelash twitches, or resembling some random muscle within my body. I probably have Parkinson's or something so do you.
