Is massive depression same as key depression?

Medical- What is massive depression? Is it the same as leading depression?Is massive depression same as key depression?
"Massive depression" is not an official medical diagnosis. It's call "Major Depressive Disorder". It's subtyped as mild, moderate, severe without psychotic features or severe beside psychotic features. Maybe "massive" depression would be equivalent to the severe forms of Major Depression.

I worked in mental robustness for 20 years, and I don't think there's any such clinical residence as "massive depression." "Major Depression" is an official clinical possession. Someone might say they hold "massive depression" or "massive pain" or whatever, but it's not really a residence used by psychiatrists or mental health professionals as far as I know.
