Yes there is such point as fear of boredom. What's non-existent is the phobia relating to boredom.

Hell yeah there is. If you can own it, you can fear it. It's that unforced. I have a trepidation of bright colors. Of course, there is no really long quantifiable word for fear of boredom or shock of colors. But it exists.
