Is in attendance any peril or excpected side effects to taking Lexapro and Xanax together?

I take Lexapro on a regular argument and took a Xanax for an acute episode of anxiety. Could this be harmful? Are in attendance any side effects I should expect?Is in attendance any peril or excpected side effects to taking Lexapro and Xanax together?
The two are fine together. If you are ever switched to prozac from Lexapro, you do not want to take Xanax.

I would call your pharmacist. They can describe you any thing you would obligation to know. When mixing medications don't merely take any ones word for it. This could be markedly dangerous. Hope this help you.
my dr prescribed me those. well a robustness practitioner or whatever shes call. shes been within the business for a good while so i dont expect if you use the xanax when you ''need'' it you should be allright.

Unlikely that you have done any damage to yourself. The main problems of xanax are if you mix them next to other sedative drugs such as opiates and alcohol and if you use lofty dosage. The other main problems beside xanax is prolonged usage can lead to tolerance (the drug stops working) and addiction (can't stop the drug due to subtraction effects and increasing need for sophisticated doses).
